Blood pressure from Apple Health to Garmin Connect
Your monitor already saves readings to Apple Health, but Garmin Connect can't read them there, so you end up typing each one in by hand. Pressure Relay sends them straight into Garmin Connect, whether they come from Omron, Withings, Qardio, iHealth, Beurer or manual entries.
Coming to the App StoreTwo free syncs, then a one-time $14.99 purchase. No subscription.

Screens show sample readings.
How it works
- Allow Pressure Relay to read blood pressure and pulse from Apple Health.
- Sign in to Garmin Connect (two-factor authentication supported).
- Review your readings and tap Sync all new — or send readings one at a time.
What gets sent
- Systolic and diastolic values with the original timestamp
- Pulse, when your monitor recorded one
- Nothing else — Pressure Relay never writes to Apple Health
Built for people who track
- Duplicate protection. Every reading is checked against Garmin before it is sent, so syncing twice never doubles your history.
- History import. Unlimited sync opens 90 days, a year, or your entire Apple Health history.
- Private by design. No account, no analytics. Readings go from your iPhone straight to Garmin, only when you tap Sync, and never pass through our servers.
- Any monitor. No Garmin Index BPM needed — any cuff that writes to Apple Health will do.
